Why Streaks Break
Lesson 1 of 5
Why Streaks Break
Video in production.
Streaks fail because one miss gets read as proof of who you are. That reading is the real problem.
The moves
- Missing a day is an event. Quitting after it is a decision.
- Systems that need perfection fail on contact with real life.
- This course replaces the streak with a return rule.
