Stage 4 of 6
Prove
You are consistent. Now the evidence has to show it.
Framework: Evidence Over Feeling · Detective Conan / Kudo Shinichi
You are here if
- You show up reliably but judge progress by how the week felt.
- A bad day convinces you the project is failing.
- Your first milestone is 'almost done' and has been for a while.
Your one constraint
Judging progress by mood. Progress is evidence, not a personality test.
The moves
- 1Keep an evidence log: date, session, the output that now exists.
- 2Close milestone one against its completion check. Not 'almost'. Checked.
- 3Review the log weekly, the way a detective reviews a case file: facts first, verdict last.
You move up when: At least one milestone verified against its completion check.

The Ayanokoji Baseline Observation Protocol
Read the baseline before you judge anything: people, rooms, and your own week.
The 3-Milestone System
The foundation course. Take one project from named to three verified milestones, with a return rule for the days that go wrong.
