Stage 3 of 6
Rhythm
You work in bursts. One missed day breaks the chain.
Framework: The Penalty Protocol · Haikyuu!! / Ryunosuke Tanaka
You are here if
- You have good weeks and lost weeks.
- Missing a day feels like proof you lack discipline.
- You restart the whole plan instead of resuming it.
Your one constraint
No return rule. A workable rhythm is defined by its return rule, not by an uninterrupted streak.
The moves
- 1Fix your weekly rhythm: the same sessions on the same days.
- 2Write the return rule: 'If I miss a planned time, I return at [time] and start with [action].'
- 3After any miss, run the missed-day checklist the next morning. No guilt, no restart.
You move up when: Two straight weeks where every missed session was followed by a return within a day.
