The Payback Window

Expect results in weeks, not days, and stay in the game long enough for them to arrive.

The moves

• Six weeks is the horizon: long enough to matter, short enough to see.
• Milestones pay back early as evidence, long before outcomes pay back.
• Quitting inside the window resets the clock to zero.
